Marathon’s gravity units are capable of heating, melting and dispensing hot applied rubberized material for pavement crack sealing. Available in 130, 230 and 370 gallon capacities.
Oil Jacketed Melting Kettles with Heated Hose & Wand (KERA)
Marathon’s heated hose units are capable of heating, melting and dispensing hot applied rubberized material for pavement crack sealing. The electrically heated hose system delivers heated material to the point of application while maintaining temperature even during intermittent periods on non-use. Available in 180, 230 and 370 gallon capacities.
Asphalt Hot Boxes & Infrared Heaters
2 & 4 Ton Asphalt Boxes (HMT)
Marathon’s Premium Asphalt Hot Boxes are heavy duty, fully insulated, and customizable to suit your needs! The units are Diesel Fired and equipped with an Oil Jacketed material vat to keep your asphalt warmer for longer periods of time when traveling between job sites. The material vat is polyhedral in construction, with a 10° rear-sloped floor, and all other walls channeling material directly towards rear gate. The hydraulic scissor hoist creates superior stability when unloading asphalt, to decrease operator fatigue & keep your crews working! These units are ideal for Cities and Municipalities, as well as contractors both big and small!
Portable Infrared Asphalt Heater (HEPR)
Marathon’s walk behind portable infrared heater makes it easy to repair, renew or resurface asphalt. It will heat up and soften asphalt often to original mixing temperatures, to repair catch basins, alligator cracking, manholes and much more! This portable heater is a perfect portable patcher for small repair jobs!

Power Asphalt Sprayers (PAS)
Marathon’s asphalt sprayers are designed to spray solvent-based sealers, asphalt cutback, gilsonite, foundation coatings and concrete primers. Multiple sizes available, including a portable unit without a material tank, to pump material directly from a drum.
Sealcoat Applicator (DPS)
The DPS9 offers the added versatility for spraying coal tar with sand, latex, primers, plus cold pour crack fillers. It also provides greater efficiency because the system automatically shifts to neutral when the spray wand is shut off.
